Dr. Lorraine Monroe, whose leadership expertise has been featured on 60 Minutes and in The New York Times, will discuss simple, fundamental lessons on being a successful boss at the RAPSA Leaders Institute October 22-24, 2008. Dr. Monroe was the founding principal at the Frederick Douglass Academy in Central Harlem and now works as the founder and director of the Lorraine Monroe Leadership Institute, whose mission is “to create great leaders and exemplary schools.”
