SIATech Superintendent/CEO Linda Dawson had a vision for an organization where like-minded educators could discuss and learn about working with the at-promise student population. With hard work and collaboration from staffers throughout SIATech, the Reaching At-Promise Students Association (RAPSA) was born.

The mission of RAPSA is to be the leading resource for professionals working with at-promise learners. Following the belief that all students are entitled to develop their potential, RAPSA strives to improve educational practices that empower those learners for whom traditional methods have failed.
