Cancellations requested in writing before October 1, 2017, will receive a full refund less a $75.00 processing fee. Cancellations requested between October 2 and October 31, 2017, receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for requests received on or after November 1, 2017, but you may send another person in your place.
