RAPSA works with stakeholders from across the nation to understand and address important issues related to Opportunity Youth, at-promise students, and the educators that teach and support them. Working under a framework of equity, alternative education, and professional learning networks, RAPSA supports collaborative processes to affect lasting change.
The RAPSA Journal consists of a network of committed professionals to establish best practices for serving at-promise students and advocate for policies that support student success. These publications provide articles about research and initiatives across the country that explore solutions for serving out-of-school and other high-risk youth.
If you would like to submit an article for inclusion in a future RAPSA Journal, you can view the submission guidelines here.
